The CMR returns from the Championship of France Control Line which took place in Lorraine this weekend (24-25 Aug).
I am a President met by excellent sporting achievements of our members:
Vitesse FAI: Jean-Pierre RENAUD who returned to competition after a few years of absence managed to classify even though his performance was modest.
National Acrobatics: Killian CAILLAUD (16 years) won the title and reached the category F2B, Alexandre Pineau (14 years), his first at this level of competition won 4th place, all our hopes now rest on him for next year. For the second consecutive year, CMR returns with the National Acrobatics trophy.
International Acrobatics F2B: Yoann CHARON for the second consecutive year reached the finals and finished sixth. Michel CAILLAUD ranked 9th and Louis FLICHOT was second in the Junior catorgory.
Goodyear: Despite mechanical failure, Bryce and his brother Pascal Surugue who were en route to the title must be content with the bronze medal.
Team-Racing; Thierry Roland and Surugue Ougen ranked second after an excellent final.
In addition, I heard that Pierre Barbotin, a member of the CMR and practicing circular speed boat at Poitiers would have won the title of world champion in Bordeaux a few days ago, charging him to tell us more.

To top it off, Alain Roux was World Champion, the senior team won the gold medal and the juniors scrape the individual and team silver medals.
